I have been watching these scheduling of these courses for years. This year Hosmer and Lemeshow are conveniently teaching in the same week with morning and afternoon sessions. It is possibly to take a morning short course in Logistic Regression, and an afternoon course in Survival Analysis with academics that are very influential in their field. If you have taken (or are considering taking), the IBM-SPSS Advanced Statistics Class, these short courses will cover two of those topics in greater depth than a software class can. I am hoping to attend myself.
